Creating Final Magazine Cover

Making my magazine poster
For creating my final magazine, I used Photoshop to edit my final image. I edited my final image by adding more colour to the eyes, making them send out, as seen in the screenshot below.
I also adjusted the contrast and brightness, and went through each section of the image, to clear up any blemishes, making the image become visibly more attractive
I used the magic wand to remove the background, and replaced the background with a cropped image of dark clouds, which builds the emphasis on the mood the cover is trying to set.
I then placed my Masthead underneath the image, as typical this is a common convention of magazine covers.

Next I added my text into the cover, and used a variety of similar fonts such as

I decided to go for the house styles of orange, blue and white, as they are unisex colours, and stand out on the background. I changed the font sizes so that the most important words which would be able to grab the readers attention were in a larger size, and the smaller text, giving a small insight into what is provided in the magazine.
After adding the title, "THINK TWICE", I went through all text and added drop shadow where it was needed, in order to make the text stand out more. Then after adding my banner and small essentials such as bar code, date and issue number and price, I created my pug.
When creating the pug, I used the shape tool and added layers of circles to create a pattern for effects.
