Trailer inspiration

For my movie trailer, I did some research into existing movie trailer, such as Gone Girl, The Black Swan and Split. I particularly liked the way that the trailers structure was very straight forward but did not give away too much information about the narrative at the same time.
I also looked into the film trailer of The Black Swan, and liked this one as it gave me inspiration for my trailer and how to structure the different shots. The mise en scene is shown to be revealing but not very clearly, indicating the excitements and thrill of watching the whole movie. I also liked the way the music and diegetic sound was presented as it was a fair balance of both.
In the Split trailer, I was inspired by the lack of knowledge shown to the audience about each character, as the main character has a deeper focus and I plan to use this technique in my trailer, as the character of Spencer Hastings is going to be the main character who is talked about throughout most of the trailer. I was also inspired by the voiceover of different characters, showing an insight into each characters mind, which also builds up on informing the audience about the narrative of the movie.
